Ben went to his 4th wrestling tournament this weekend. This was a big one - around 1000 wrestlers. They came from all over Texas and at least one other state (Oklahoma.) It was held at a minor league hockey arena, which is conveniently located about a mile and a half from our house.
Ben wrestled three times and ended up in 3rd place (out of the 6 wrestlers in his age/weight group.) He tried really hard and had a good experience. He is doing quite well for a kid who has just started. As in any sport in Texas, if you start in Kindergarten you are starting late. Most of the boys he wrestled are in their 2nd or 3rd year.

I have been to many of these tournaments and they can be crazy. Glad to see Benny is enjoying his sports. Where did he get this passion for sports??? BCR I think.
