Football

Today was Ben's last regular football game of the season.  Another win for the Gators - they finished the season in second place with a 6-2 record.  Next week is play-offs, and if they win that, they go to the [first grade] Super Bowl the following weekend.

Ben had the first touchdown of the game (and his fourth for the season.)

Baby Alice couldn't stay away for another week, so off we went to the game.  Everyone was happy to see her.

The boys love running through the cheerleaders at the end of the game.

Ben and Susanna went to Build-a-Bear to make some new friends for Alice.  Ben made the bear and Susanna made the dog.

Baby Alice is one week old today!

Alice, 6 days

I can't stop taking pictures of Baby Alice while we lounge on the sofa together.  I still need to take some good photos (or at least try to) with my other camera, but my iPhone works in a pinch.

She is almost a week old already - my how time flies!  She is doing really well, mostly eating and sleeping, as a newborn should.  Susanna and Ben think she is the greatest thing ever and are happy to cuddle her whenever they are given the chance.

1 week to go (I hope)

I am 39 weeks pregnant today!  I am still feeling pretty well overall, but I am really hoping this is my last week.  At the same time, I am hoping not to be induced, so I hope this baby decides its time.  Soon.

Last weekend, some friends had a surprise baby shower for me.  This was one of my gifts - made by 2 friends.  I will be sad to pull it apart, but there are a lot of good diapers (and other stuff) in there!

I think we are pretty much ready for this baby, or as ready as we can be.  We have a car seat, a crib, and some essentials.  We almost have names (we think.)  And we have a very excited big brother and big sister ready to change diapers!
