And again, no school tomorrow

School was canceled for tomorrow, Friday, making this a one-day school week.  We are having a fine time being stuck at home.  At this point we could probably get in the car and go somewhere (my car seems to remember this stuff from starting life in PA) but we don't really need to.  We still can't really go out the front door as the ice on the walk is still quite thick.  Some neighbors were lucky to have all or most of theirs melted by the sun; ours appears to be enjoying lots of shade.  The big question now is whether we will have to make up these four lost school days.  Two are already planned for - the day after the last day of school and Good Friday (in that order) - will they continue school into the second week of June to get the other two days?  We shall see, but summer break is certainly long enough that I wouldn't mind if they do.
